Delete your ArkPixels account
How to request deletion
Sign in to the ArkPixels web account area, open Account, then use Export and deletion. The deletion form requires your current password and the confirmation word DELETE.
If you cannot access your account, contact [email protected] from the email address linked to your ArkPixels account and request account deletion. ArkPixels may ask for information needed to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
What deletion removes
Self-service deletion removes or minimizes active account details, profiles, private library entries, uploads, roles, account API tokens, Android local tokens, reset tokens, email verification tokens, and active sessions.
Google Play subscriptions
Deleting your ArkPixels account does not cancel any Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play. After account deletion, account-bound paid subscription entitlement may no longer be usable in ArkPixels.
Google Drive backup
Deleting your ArkPixels account does not delete the separate encrypted backup in your Google Drive appDataFolder. In the Android deletion dialog you may separately choose to delete it; that option is not selected by default, and a Drive error does not prevent deletion of the ArkPixels account. You can also remove the backup from Drive backup settings before deleting the account.
What may be retained
ArkPixels may retain minimized legal acceptance records, subscription or billing audit records, security records, server logs, and backup remnants for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy and where needed for legal, tax, refund, dispute, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Android app path
In the Android app, open account settings, use Export account data if you want a JSON copy, then use Delete remote account and confirm with your password and DELETE. If you also want to remove the separate Drive backup, select that optional action in the confirmation dialog.
